Pure maintenance fumigates the whole house in addition to getting rid of the mold areas so there was no residue of mold in the air. They did a very thorough job and opened every drawer and cabinet before fumigating. They even took out drain plugs to make sure the fumigation got into the pipes to clean thoroughly.”

“This company gave me my life back. After nearly ten years of chronic illness, I found out that we had mold in our home, and it was making me sick. We initially hired a flood remediation company to remove a closet where we knew we had mold. We paid them nearly $10K for the work. After they did the work we retested and found our mold count to be higher than before. We had them come reinspect, and they offered to come back and do more demolition for $13K. At that point, the owner of the company told me it may not be possible to fully remediate our home. That is when I discovered Pure Maintenance. They came and fogged our home. We were able to move back in and sleep there that night (we had moved out because of mold issues). They offered us a one-year refogging guarantee, which they have stood by. After Pure Maintenance came, I deep cleaned the house and did a post-remediation ERMI test. Our mold levels dropped down to healthy levels. I have periodically tested for mold after their remediation, and the mold has not come back. I am feeling immensely better as well. Mold and flood damage companies charge $300 to $400 per man-hour for the work they do. Pure Maintenance does an infinitely better job of remediating for a fraction of the price. Finding Pure Maintenance was truly a miracle for me.”
